This month we’d like to introduce the Team who work behind the scenes and at the forefront of our company. Our quest is to assist you in every possible way we can, from the Home Owner, the Commercial Industry, Contractor, Interior Designer etc, Each client is Unique to us and deserves the “Red Carpet” treatment hence we take pride in giving the Best possible Services.

It begins with a phone call, an email, word of mouth or someone we have been lucky enough to have met on site.

Liza, our Receptionist will greet you in a warm, friendly professional manner. She will assist you with general inquiries, researching to obtain the product you require and scheduling site appointments to accommodate your diary.

Our Representatives Jean and Calvin, have both product and technical knowledge and experience. Their hands-on approach and step-by-step assistance are to ensure that you, our Valued Client, are more than satisfied and delighted at the completion of the fitting of your product selection and the service you received.

The Office Manager, Jane has many years of product knowledge and experience and is known for going that extra mile to assure Our Clients of Professional and Friendly services. Her duties include ordering products from our Suppliers, ensuring prompt and timeous delivery to the best of her ability and the availability of flooring required. She coordinates our fitting team and schedules dates for installations as instructed by our Clients.

Our experienced and professional installers are recognized by their Red Work Suits are the heart of the company, each team is trained as professional installers of Carpet, Vinyl and Laminate. They are sub-divided by their professional artisans and each group has a Team Leader with many years of installation and product experience. Each job however big or small is done efficiently and with great pride.

The Directors Anthony and Tim started and build Complete Flooring together. Their experience and technical knowledge, as well as their loyalty to each and every client, are testimony that their hard work and professionalism, have guided Complete Flooring into such a successful Company.
