Our Resources
Material
At Complete Flooring, we have a defined corporate resource management process to ensure the efficient and effective development of our organisations’ resources when needed. Our aim is to ensure that our resources are never over-allocated across all our projects. It aims to reduce both excess inventories and shortages, by forecasting by time period into the future as far as reasonable. Our goal is to achieve 100% utilization of stock and material resources while simultaneously developing and giving our staff opportunities to learn new skills.
With regular meetings and keeping up to date with new trends, we are well on our way to achieving this goal. We believe that our company needs to have all the necessary resources to ensure our business’s optimal and successful running.
The resources we focus on are:
- Financial
- Inventory
- Human skills
- Production
- Information Technology (IT)
All of the above resources are monitored and the constant implementation of new IT programmes makes it easier for us to keep track of all aspects of our business and access stats at any time.

We are committed to implementing and maintaining, as far as is reasonably practicable, the activities of the company in such a manner, as to prevent harm or damage to persons and property respectfully. Safety, health and protection of the environment form an integral part of our planning and decision-making. We will manage our company, wherever we do business, in an ethical way that strikes an appropriate and well-reasoned balance between economic, social and environmental needs. Complete flooring is committed to ensuring the health and safety of management and workers.
